As affiliate manager at NetoMedia you will build, optimize and monitor online campaigns with publishers, affiliates, Networks and media agencies
• Research and Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, networking, calling, data feeds and emails.
• Negotiate new deals with potential partners.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain and develop existing affiliates relationship through email, Skype, phone calls and 1x1 meetings.
• Provide incentives to top-performing affiliates to assist them in maximizing their efforts.
• Maintain open communication with all affiliates on the day-to-day issues.
• Analyze and optimize all campaigns to maximize campaigns profits and meet with ROI goals.
• Expend your affiliates activities.
• Test new partners and new channels to find additional qualified sources of traffic
• Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space and monitor competitors’ activities
• Building relationships, negotiation of deals and maximizing performance from existing affiliates.
• Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner.
• Participating in professional Conferences.
• Internet savvy & strong research skills
• Sales man/woman with strong negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Driven and results-orientated
• Strong technical and analyze skills
• Experience as an affiliate manager or media buyer for at least one year.
• Experience with buying traffics in various of platform - an advantage
• Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus)
• Russian as a mother tongue – huge advantage.
• Experienced in a gaming company – an advantage
